• It is not mandatory to wear a face mask UNLESS the individual has symptoms of fever, cough or cold.
• Maximum of 4 persons in both room category.
• Quoted room rates are per room per night and inclusive of applicable government tax.
• Quoted room rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Additional Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• Deluxe Family Room buffet breakfast at Melting Pot Cafe and served from 6.30 am - 10.30 am.
• The breakfast dining at Melting Pot Cafe is limited for 1 hour ONLY (during peak days).
• Premier Family Room exclusive breakfast at Premier Lounge from 7.00 am - 11.00 am.
• Additional buffet breakfast at RM 66 nett per adult and RM 33 nett per children (5-12 years old).
• During the month of Ramadan, buffet breakfast will be substitute to buffet 'sahur' for Muslim guests only.
• Buffet 'sahur' will be served from 3.30 am until Imsak time at Melting Pot Cafe.
• Additional buffet 'sahur' at RM 66 nett per adult and RM 33 nett per children (5-12 years old).
• Premier Family Room entitled for Premier Lounge benefits.
• Full prepayment and reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
• Non-refundable, cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
• Room Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programmes.
