• A Sustainability Fee of RM 7.00 nett per room per night to all hotel guests.
• Additional Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 nett per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• Quoted room rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Additional buffet breakfast at RM 75 nett per adult and RM 45 nett per child (5-12 years old).
• Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
• Check-in time: 3 pm onwards. | Check-out time: 12 noon.
• The reservation is subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.
• Any cancellation within 3 days prior to check-in, the first night's room charge, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable.
• 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable for no-show from 6 pm on the day of arrival.
• Full prepayment and reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
• Non-refundable, cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• Room offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programs.
