• A Sustainability Fee of RM 7.00 nett per room per night to all hotel guests.
• Additional Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 nett per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• Add-on for buffet breakfast/sahur at RM 60 nett per adult/senior citizen and RM 35 nett per child (age 5 – 12 years old).
• Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
• Quoted room rates are per room per night and inclusive of applicable government tax.
• Quoted room rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
• Check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Premier Lounge services are not applicable for this promotion.
• Rates are valid for a single or twin-sharing basis.
• Full prepayment and reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
• Non-refundable, cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
• Room Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programmes.
