• Birthday offer is valid for at least 2 months starting from the guest's birthday month.

• Additional Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• The Tourism Tax will be collected separately from the room rates upon checking out.
• A valid AAS e-card must be provided during reservation and presented upon check-in for verification.
• Quoted room rates are per room per night and inclusive of applicable government tax.
• Quoted room rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• The breakfast dining at Melting Pot Cafe is limited for 1 hour ONLY (during peak days).
• Additional buffet breakfast at RM 66 nett per adult and RM 33 nett per children (5-12 years old).
• Extra bed is chargeable at RM 100 nett per unit per day.
• Full prepayment and reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
• Non-refundable, cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
• Room Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programmes.
