Dear Valued Guests,

To ensure your health and safety during your stay, we have put in place some measures to observe social distancing, including the following:

1. Wearing face mask in hotel public areas is COMPULSORY for all guests.
2. Face masks can be purchased at the Reception counter for RM 2 nett (2 pieces).
3. Melting Pot Café is open for dine-in. Serving a la carte and set menus. Available for takeaway set menu as well.
4. Seating arrangement is set with strict adherence to the ministry guidelines.
5. Room Service is available for 24 hours.
6. Requests for extra bed MUST be made in advance when making room reservations. LAST MINUTE requests will NOT be allowed.
7. Housekeeping services will be provided ONLY on the 3rd day of guests’ stay.
8. Room cleaning will not be carried out while guests are in the room.
9. Guests can request additional amenities and it will be delivered and placed outside of the room.
10. Hotel laundry services are not available.
11. KILOS Fitness Center is opened following the ministry guidelines.
12. Swimming pool and musolla (muslim prayer room) are CLOSED.
13. Self-service parking at Valet Parking Lot near the hotel driveway is available @ RM 22 nett per entry per vehicle.
14. Complimentary shuttle service is temporarily suspended until further notice.
