• The Offer is only valid for Eligible Cardholders of Mastercard cards issued by Mastercard issuers in Asia Pacific.
• The offer is valid for new reservation only, not applicable for amendment of existing bookings.
• Black Out Period: * 31 December 2024 * 01 January 2025 * 28 January - 3 February 2025 * 29 - 31 March 2025 * Malaysian School Holidays * Selected Public Holidays in 2025 * Other Black Out dates may apply.
• Complimentary room upgrade will be subjected to room availability.
• Minimum 3 consecutive nights stay applicable. Pay for 2 nights and get the 3rd night complimentary.
• The unused complimentary night is non-refundable.
• Offer is valid when booking is made through hotel’s reservation team and payment is made using Mastercard cards issued by Mastercard issuers in Asia Pacific.
• It is not mandatory to wear a face mask UNLESS the individual has symptoms of fever, cough or cold.
• Quoted room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for a maximum of 2 persons. Additional buffet breakfast at RM 66 nett per adult and RM 33 nett per child (5-12 years old).
• Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
• Quoted room rates are inclusive of government tax.
• Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
• Check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Non-refundable for any cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
• Room offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programmes.
