• Promo for HOMETEAM NS is valid for new bookings only.
• Bookings must be under HOMETEAM NS membership cardholders' name.
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Should you require any amendments to your booking, please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Kindly note that price differences may apply.
• Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
• Guests must present their e-member card at check-in to enjoy this offer. If an eligible member card is not presented upon check-in, full price of the stay would be charged to the cardholder.
• Quoted room rates and food & beverage prices are inclusive of government tax.
• An additional bed can be provided for Deluxe and Premier rooms at RM 100 nett per room per night, including breakfast for one person. Please note that only one extra bed can be accommodated in the mentioned room categories.
• Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
• Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
• Check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Non-refundable for any cancellation, amendment or exchange with other services are not allowed.
• A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
• Room offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable for frequent flyer programmes.
