• Offer can’t be combined with other promotions.
• Valid ID is required upon check in for verification.
• Guests must indicate their airasia membership ID in the booking remarks for online bookings, or quote their membership ID at the point of reservation through the reservations office.
• The airasia member ID will be verified upon check-in, members must ensure that their booking information matches their airasia membership profile.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify, amend, change, add-on and/or discontinue this promotion, and/or any terms of this promotion without prior notice.
• Quoted room rates are charged based on per room per night basis and inclusive of government tax.
• Tourism Tax of RM 10 nett per room per night will be imposed on all foreign guests.
• The quoted room rates are inclusive breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.
• Additional buffet breakfast at RM 66 nett per adult and RM 33 nett per child (5-12 years old).
• Duration for breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY during peak hours.
• Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
• Check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Premier Lounge services are not available until further notice.
• Non-refundable if any cancellation.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show. 100% charge will be applied for No-Show booking.
