The players and officials were all very happy with the accommodation and your staff made everyone's stay pleasant and comfortable. We visited your restaurant ( Xin Cuisine ) for my brother’s wedding ceremony on the 29th of May 2010 and would like to compliment you and your piers for the excellent service that all of you have offered us. All of you had helped us in arranging the ceremony and were very polite and helpful to the guest. It was very impressive on how you managed to pull the ceremony off and handled the whole function. The food served was delightful and all the guests were praising the service and the food. Everyone were satisfied by the service and taken by surprise by the level of service satisfaction offered by your team. Maybe for Level 4 room which is facing empty & bored roof top, may I suggest that the Hotel could turn it into a roof top garden maybe with fountain with it. I would like to compliment for the breakfast Hotel provided. Nice & healthy.For Front-liner, I hope they can always greet customer with a smile even though there is some mistake done. In the bathroom I suggest you a water tap or something to help Muslim users clean themselves with water rather than toilet papers after attending long calls. Margret & Ann are great coordinators. Presented Hotel image at her best. Dealt more with Ann - she is very committed, sincere & listen to our needs (group) & I know she tried her best to make us feel the stay - excellent! Shafiq – he is at front desk, but every time I walk pass - he does not fail to greet me by my name. The service is OK, and it is closer to the airport than the downtown area. The hotel is quite old. The air con doesn't work at first, but works fine after they repaired it.
No free internet. Reception told me local call is 60 local cents per min. and the first 3 minutes is free, but i made a 6 minutes call and they charged me almost 10 local dollar. Was rushing to the airport early in the morning, didn't fight for it. A bit far too downtown area.

Very easy access to the main Klang Valley highway and not many traffic. Less of car parking space so far this is one of the best hotel in Shah Alam and with the promotion price will be value for money, nice and quite place to the a rest. Located at convenience place for local food and easy access to Shah Alam industries area.

The room is enough space and clear The service is so so, the bathroom doesn't have hand& face towel, need call, two bottles doesn't show which is shower lotion or shampoo. It's so far from downtown be told only taxi; some taxi no receipt, they refuse to take guest to closer place; as traveler waste time, waste energy, waste money to stay this place Inconvenient to downtown or airport, anywhere only taxi be told, some taxi no receipt or taxi driver refuse to somewhere; no matter facilities or service no 4 start standard, it’s cost time, cost energy, cost money.

The staff were always friendly, they would greet you by your name (they remembered mine). My safe wasn’t working so they replaced it asap. Great facilities (esp. weights room). I would definitely stay again. It is a bit far away from the center of KL but they do provide a shuttle bus which goes straight to the Sunway pyramid. However, the train station is just a short taxi approx 10-15 rm away which can be used to get everywhere. I would definitely stay again. The Valentines Day dinner was fantastic. There was a small shopping centre right next door where we sometimes ate, bought groceries, shopped, and exchanged our money (we found the money exchange place here to be the best value in KL). For example, most places for AUD was 2.9, this place was 3. Not an overly large boosts, but if changing over a large amount of cash can be worthy. Also, if catching a taxi remember to ask the reception how much they think a fare should cost before bartering with the drivers out the front. This can help you to not get ripped off. I found it to be of benefit to negotiate a set price before leaving as opposed to using the meter as I did not know how to get there and avoided being taken the 'scenic' way.

Friendly, clean - Food very good and nice So far everything is excellent It very good location, quite, comfortable and clean. From Hotel to town it take me about 20 min to 30 min by using expressway. Hotel food, my wife and I like hotel cakes especially cheese cake and choc banana cake. I will introduce to my friends and family to stay here.
Restaurant Tip: - Recommended to try out cheese cake and choc banana cake at this hotel.

Just 5 min walk to Shah Alam Plaza where it is strategic location for traveling with family and even for business trip as you can easily access to lots of local foods and even supermarkets Housekeeping is not well executed, for instance my coffee making facility such as sugar, coffee and tea is not replenish the next day Overall satisfaction of my 1 week stay here was good. Strategic location within the city center is a good spot for family or even business stay to have access external resources such as foods, hypermarkets, and local shops. The superior room has quite a space, giving me ample of room to stay. Some areas are needed to be improved though especially on the basic facility. My stay here found that the fridge was not functioning, even though I don’t need it.

Low Price. Free Internet access should be provided. No coffee provided. Never know that it is a twin bed room. The room is big and comfortable. Furniture looks old but still ok. Nice view from the upper level. Pool is big and fitness facilities. Hotel lobby is big and many shops in hotel. Easy access to the cafes and restaurants near to hotel.

Fantastic swimming pool, gym and sauna. Rooms large in size. Painting on walls of walkway badly needs redoing. Overall this hotel gives super value for money. The location is little way out but it did not bother us as we had a rental car. By the way they gave us free car parking. Staff is really friendly too. Just cannot believe how great the pool is and hardly anyone uses it. We would definitely revisit this hotel.

Clean & friendly crew; Location, it's quite far from the city; Reasonable Price; Overall is clean & tidy, especially the swimming pool; Modern gymnastic facility. Sentral station. Shuttle bus service from the Hotel to the Shah Alam station is highly recommended.
Shopping Tip: There is a Thai food restaurant in the plaza nearby. Good to try!

Very pleasant and peaceful place because very near to the Big Mosque in Shah Alam, Selangor. Everything looks good because the hotel is well kept clean and maintains good environments.
The Hotel is in the City of Shah Alam, Selangor. The location is very good and very easy to find and there no hassle of going thru the hotel. When doing the check in and check out from the hotel, I do not have to wait longer the customer service is always in order and knows their duty well in serving the customers. Most of the wedding or annual dinner for the companies is done well at this Concorde Hotel. I find the most suitable place to stayed in and have a good holidays or business deal at your most likely days of being at the hotel. Everybody in the hotel especially the hotel staff are corporate each other and communication is always pleasant. If I had the chance again to stay at this Hotel, I won’t miss this good opportunity. Shopping Tip : You can enjoy the view of the surrounding near the hotel especially in the early morning or at night time because its cooling weather. Just walk thru few minutes and you can shop anywhere which is convenience or you have intention of buying few things for your own or gift.

Spacious room and good breakfast spread Old conventional design. Staff needs more training This hotel is situated in the middle of shah alam city. it is not easily accessible. You need your own transport. The magnificent blue mosque is in full view from the window (facing the main road). You get great views both during the daytime and night time. Easy access to all the govt offices and shah alam shopping mall. Need a car or travel by cab. shopping mall next to the hotel provide a wide selection of eating possibilities from the fast food to special restaurants including Thai, nyonya, Malay, Chinese, Lebanese etc. the university is also nearby. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Shah Alam mosque is walking distance.

Very nice environment ... swimming pool that one would swim in rather than a swimming pool in hotels where at first glance you wouldn't even think of touching the water. The lift from the car park to lobby is so old and hot A very nice hotel located strategically next to Giant. Very convenient where you can get what you need within walking distance. The facilities such as gym and swimming pool are great to loosen ourselves after a hectic drive from the city! Best of all, there is even free shuttle service to Mid Valley Megamall. A memorable stay that would be considered again
Shopping Tip: Giant next to the hotel Need improvement for housekeeping Strategic location, with easy access to local fast foods, hypermarkets and other shop lots. Although no breakfast given or provided during the stay I have no issue to get my stomach fill up. Poor housekeeping service. Tea making facility was not re-stock, and cleanliness of the room is also poor.

1. Your reception asked me, my preferred type of bed (whether twin or king size). This might be small to you but big to me. As my experience I have to ask to change the room as it was not the type that I want. 2. Azwa's wedding was awesome. The decoration was superb, PA system was good and food was very tasty. Two thumbs up. This is not your hotel; transportation at the area is bad. Couldn't find taxi. The reception is your first impression. Asking the extra question like type of room was a bonus for a person like me to come to your hotel again.

Spacious, clean and friendly. Only can be reached by taxi. When arrived at the hotel, we are welcome by a very friendly staff, the hotel was very clean and well organized, the room was very spacious, and clean with king size bed, the amenities was good and there are welcome fruit on our table, the TV channel was not much, but that's not what we were coming for, next to the hotel is Giant supermarket, so we can get what we might left behind very easily, it was really a pleasant moment to stay at this hotel and will certainly recommend to friends.

Concorde Hotel at Shah Alam is a good hotel to stay. All the workers are friendly, every time they passing through us, they will greet us. The room is bigger than any other hotel complete with small refrigerator, fruits such as apple and orange and also extra large bed. But, they don't provided free internet connection for their customer. We have to pay extra cost to use internet. Air conditioner in the room seems doesn't work because I didn't feel cold even though I already set it to 10 deg C. As a summary, this hotel is worth for your money.

Amazing view of Blue mosque, Beautiful and amazing property. Very good desserts .huge lobby quiet and peaceful environment. Amazing room service. Got ice within minutes even after 12.00 am in the night. Very courteous staff. Free shuttle to Sunway Lagoon is real value for money. Location...very far from KLCC and Bukit Bintang... Our experience of this hotel was very pleasant. It is a lovely place to chill and relax. It is close to Sunway Lagoon and offers free shuttle service which is very prompt and punctual. you get an amazing view from the rooms which are very comfortable. The hotel is quite straightforward and reasonably priced. Good facilities (I particularly like the pool) and a great multi-ethnic breakfast buffet. FYI, I am supposed to attend the course organized by SIRIM @ Gallery 2, Level 2 but I was caught in a heavy rain and I am not in the mode of ‘ready/presentable’ to attend the said course. Many thanks to them who offered me a remedial action - they request an iron board, an electric iron and a towel from Housekeeping Dept and they also arrange for me to ‘dry out’ my clothes at Kilos Fitness Center (I really appreciate it!). In view of their excellent services, I hope that the Management will continue to provide a good and excellent services and they have added another ‘star’ for Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. The view from the bridal suite is superb. Thanks again to the banquet staff for being so helpful. We left our corsage at home and were in a panic. Ethan Goh immediately arranged for some to be made and delivered to us. He stayed with us throughout the dinner, making sure that everything was running smoothly. My wife and I had a good time during our 5 nights stay except for the air-conditioner which is not to expectation. The rest is well above. Overall the services are excellent. The only thing that disappoint me is the air-conditioning in the room, the flipper directs air to the floor. In other word, the air-conditioning system does not condition the room.

It delivers what it promises! I stayed at the Premier Club and it is really worth it. My children love it! Will definitely choose Concorde Shah Alam again. The staff are very friendly especially from the Premier Lounge. They provide complimentary snack for 2 pax from 6pm to 8pm and for breakfast, you can have a choice of having it at the restaurant or at the Premier Lounge (which we did!).
