Good location for CyberJaya. Easy commute to CyberJaya, good hotel facilities. Having used the concorde hotels in kl city & singapore for many years, staying in shah alam was not a concern, and proved to be as good a stay as the sister hotels. Good facilities, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Good food choices throughout the day, and hotel bar entertainment good enough to relax for a couple of hours. Shopping Tip: Bukit Bintang is probably the best KL area for shopping and for dining out. Head for Lot 10, or the Wisma's around the Capitol hotel.Suited my needs. Good value for money, good area outside of kl city centre. Clean, comfortable, and convenient for my business needs. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Big rooms but with old furniture. Easy access to Premier lounge and with good food. The premier room has a premier lounge which entitles you to free drinks (non-alcoholic) though out the day The staff is very helpful and the premier rooms and nicely decorated, although not always the highest quality materials are used (shown in wear n tear of some items such as desk chair). All in this hotel lives up to the 4 star standards. A bit noisy as the mosque is just opposite the building. Travel tip: easy access to HSBC bank which is just across the street. It also close to a lot of local eateries, which are certainly not star quality material both offering good local food. Lastly is right next to a small but cozy shopping mall which has quite a good variation of shops.

First time at Premier Floor was Dec 2010..Very nice rooms, materials and decor..Dedicated lift to access premier floor room(s)..The Lounge was a Plus..Very private for morning breakfast or eve cocktail..Opens till 10@11pm...Can have free flow coffee.. juice and snacks all day..Best part is you can bring 1 additional guest into the Lounge..Wow..Do recommend business travelers to occupy this floor..

The smiles say it all. Very good service, efficient staff esp at the café. I stayed with my family for 1 night, wished could stay longer. Close to shopping areas + the blue mosque. The room might get rustic in a couple of years but cleanliness was never overlooked. Breakfast was good. We never ran out of options. Ample parking area and I salute the breakfast staff.

The nasi lemak has saved the day. Booked the Premier Executive Room. The room was old and the pictures will tell the truth. But, I loved the comfortableness of the bed. We checked-in at the Premier Lounge but the Front Desk officer never tell us about the time the Premier Lounge closed. After dinner around 8:30pm, we went to the Premier Lounge for some refreshments but the Front Desk Officer told us that it was already closed. Luckily, the nasi lemak that we have for the breakfast on the next day has saved the day. Might come to enjoy the nasi lemak again. Bravo to the chef!

Was booked in a deluxe room at this hotel by my meeting organizer. Shah Alam is a dead town, so location wise there is none to see outside. The hotel itself has an excellent room space and decor typical of Concorde standard. what impressed me most is their food, the variety and quality. This is one of the best hotel food I ever had - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.the waitress are attentive and nice.
However, one thing I dislike most is that they are charging rm35 per 24 hr for internet. This is ridiculous. even budget hotel or the mosque nearby provide WiFi for free.

Reasonable 4 star hotel on the outskirts of KL. Breakfast is included in the price and it is a very good selection. Staffs are attentive and helpful.
Have stayed at the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam a few times. This is a very reasonable 4 star hotel on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. Depending on what kind of room you book you can get free (one way) transportation to/from KLIA. Room sizes are quite large with deck and most have flat screen TVs. All have in-room safes where your laptop will fit (some older hotels do not have safes to take lap tops).
Hotel Feature Tip: The other side is overlooking the hotel's swimming pool and part of Shah Alam (no ugly buildings behind). The hotel has a large swimming pool and they have recently replaced all the towels. There is also a gym, steam room and sauna. All in all a great Hotel but you do need a car if you want to go anywhere.

Hospitality of the staff are commendable and should be praised. The rooms were very clean, toiletries were more than expected, room spacious and mine had a very pleasant scenery of Shah Alam. Food was good eventhough at breakfast the choice was a bit limited. I personally would like to thank the laundrette staff for going to an extra mile to get my laundry done fast. Great hotel if a little out of the way. Have stayed at the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam a few times. This is a very reasonable 4 star Hotel on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. Staff are attentive and helpful. Had a problem this time round in that I asked for a non-smoking room. On arrival at the room it was obvious that someone had been smoking in it (even though it was designated as a non-smoking room). Went back to reception who first said that he would send housekeeping up to spray the room (this was 11.25pm) which I felt would not remove the odour. So he offered me a different room, which I accepted. There is currently some renovations going on but workers do not start work until 10.30am, but there are signs telling you that this is going on. The hotel is right opposite the Blue Mosque and rooms on that side of the hotel get a good view. The other side is overlooking the hotel's swimming pool and part of Shah Alam (no ugly buildings behind). The hotel has a large swimming pool and they have recently replaced all the towels. There is also a gym, steam room and sauna. All in all a great Hotel but you do need a car if you want to go anywhere.
Room Tip: All rooms come with a good view for bigger room, go Premium.

I would like to thank the hotel reception lobby Mr Noel for his assistance in finding a good room for me & family with small children even though the 2 Deluxe rooms we booked did not satisfy us as the connecting rooms are fully booked. I lose my temper but he tried his best find a suite for me & family with only 1 room for 2 nights. Good service for him & efficient. I would like to suggest to put a spray pipe for all toilets.

On 19/10 at MPC, Salma Shafira was very attentive, courteous and efficient. Had a great experience with her service. On 20/10 at Raku, the hostess seated us at a wobbly table when there was no one around. She should do a check before opening & rectify this. Other than this, the service was great though food was a bit slow:>10 min from order to service when restaurant was empty. On 20/10 at Xin, food was served slow during lunch. Only 4-5 tables occupied. One couple was upset with the service. Reported to * svs (tel) on 18/10, told housekeeping attendant on 19/10, but the in-room safe was still locked. No one came to open this safe which was locked even at check-in. Was very happy the hosts who handled on shuttle booking to Sunway Pyramid, the drinks at Premier Lounge & the towels at the pool.

In the bathroom I suggest you a water tap or something to help Muslim users clean themselves with water rather than toilet papers after attending long calls. Other than above comment, to me CONCORDE HOTEL is deservedly a 5-star hotel and not a 4-star hotel. I like it.

The service is OK, and it is closer to the airport than the downtown area. The hotel is quite old. The air con doesn't work at first, but works fine after they repaired it.
No free internet. Reception told me local call is 60 local cents per min. and the first 3 minutes is free, but i made a 6 minutes call and they charged me almost 10 local dollar. Was rushing to the airport early in the morning, didn't fight for it. A bit far too downtown area.

The service is so so, the bathroom doesn't have hand& face towel, need call, two bottles doesn't show which is shower lotion or shampoo. It's so far from downtown be told only taxi; some taxi no receipt, they refuse to take guest to closer place; as traveler waste time, waste energy, waste money to stay this place

The staff were always friendly, they would greet you by your name (they remembered mine). My safe wasn’t working so they replaced it asap. Great facilities (esp. weights room). I would definitely stay again.
It is a bit far away from the center of KL but they do provide a shuttle bus which goes straight to the Sunway pyramid. However, the train station is just a short taxi approx 10-15 rm away which can be used to get everywhere.
I would definitely stay again. The Valentines Day dinner was fantastic. There was a small shopping centre right next door where we sometimes ate, bought groceries, shopped, and exchanged our money (we found the money exchange place here to be the best value in KL). For example, most places for AUD was 2.9, this place was 3. Not an overly large boosts, but if changing over a large amount of cash can be worthy. Also, if catching a taxi remember to ask the reception how much they think a fare should cost before bartering with the drivers out the front. This can help you to not get ripped off. I found it to be of benefit to negotiate a set price before leaving as opposed to using the meter as I did not know how to get there and avoided being taken the 'scenic' way.

Just 5 min walk to Shah Alam Plaza where it is strategic location for traveling with family and even for business trip as you can easily access to lots of local foods and even supermarkets
Housekeeping is not well executed, for instance my coffee making facility such as sugar, coffee and tea is not replenish the next day
Overall satisfaction of my 1 week stay here was good. Strategic location within the city center is a good spot for family or even business stay to have access external resources such as foods, hypermarkets, and local shops. The superior room has quite a space, giving me ample of room to stay. Some areas are needed to be improved though especially on the basic facility. My stay here found that the fridge was not functioning, even though I don’t need it.

Overall this hotel gives super value for money. The location is little way out but it did not bother us as we had a rental car. By the way they gave us free car parking. Staff is really friendly too. Just cannot believe how great the pool is and hardly anyone uses it. We would definitely revisit this hotel.

Very pleasant and peaceful place because very near to the Big Mosque in Shah Alam, Selangor. Everything looks good because the hotel is well kept clean and maintains good environments.
The Hotel is in the City of Shah Alam, Selangor. The location is very good and very easy to find and there no hassle of going thru the hotel. When doing the check in and check out from the hotel, I do not have to wait longer the customer service is always in order and knows their duty well in serving the customers. Most of the wedding or annual dinner for the companies is done well at this Concorde Hotel. I find the most suitable place to stayed in and have a good holidays or business deal at your most likely days of being at the hotel. Everybody in the hotel especially the hotel staff are corporate each other and communication is always pleasant. If I had the chance again to stay at this Hotel, I won’t miss this good opportunity.
Shopping Tip : You can enjoy the view of the surrounding near the hotel especially in the early morning or at night time because its cooling weather. Just walk thru few minutes and you can shop anywhere which is convenience or you have intention of buying few things for your own or gift.

This hotel is situated in the middle of shah alam city. it is not easily accessible. You need your own transport. The magnificent blue mosque is in full view from the window (facing the main road). You get great views both during the daytime and night time. Easy access to all the govt offices and shah alam shopping mall. Need a car or travel by cab. shopping mall next to the hotel provide a wide selection of eating possibilities from the fast food to special restaurants including Thai, nyonya, Malay, Chinese, Lebanese etc. the university is also nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Shah Alam mosque is walking distance.

We stayed in Bridal Suite 1604. We were served by Ethan Goh for our wedding. The services for the whole event from planning, to food tasting, to actual event was EXCELLENT!! To Ethan and the staff at Concorde Shah Alam, THANK YOU! You made our wedding memorable.

Very nice environment ... swimming pool that one would swim in rather than a swimming pool in hotels where at first glance you wouldn't even think of touching the water. The lift from the car park to lobby is so old and hot
A very nice hotel located strategically next to Giant. Very convenient where you can get what you need within walking distance. The facilities such as gym and swimming pool are great to loosen ourselves after a hectic drive from the city! Best of all, there is even free shuttle service to Mid Valley Megamall. A memorable stay that would be considered again

Need improvement for housekeeping
Strategic location, with easy access to local fast foods, hypermarkets and other shop lots. Although no breakfast given or provided during the stay I have no issue to get my stomach fill up. Poor housekeeping service. Tea making facility was not re-stock, and cleanliness of the room is also poor.

1. Your reception asked me, my preferred type of bed (whether twin or king size). This might be small to you but big to me. As my experience I have to ask to change the room as it was not the type that I want.
2. Azwa's wedding was awesome. The decoration was superb, PA system was good and food was very tasty. Two thumbs up. This is not your hotel; transportation at the area is bad. Couldn't find taxi.
The reception is your first impression. Asking the extra question like type of room was a bonus for a person like me to come to your hotel again.

Spacious, clean and friendly. Only can be reached by taxi. When arrived at the hotel, we are welcome by a very friendly staff, the hotel was very clean and well organized, the room was very spacious, and clean with king size bed, the amenities was good and there are welcome fruit on our table, the TV channel was not much, but that's not what we were coming for, next to the hotel is Giant supermarket, so we can get what we might left behind very easily, it was really a pleasant moment to stay at this hotel and will certainly recommend to friends.

Concorde Hotel at Shah Alam is a good hotel to stay. All the workers are friendly, every time they passing through us, they will greet us. The room is bigger than any other hotel complete with small refrigerator, fruits such as apple and orange and also extra large bed. But, they don't provided free internet connection for their customer. We have to pay extra cost to use internet. Air conditioner in the room seems doesn't work because I didn't feel cold even though I already set it to 10 deg C. As a summary, this hotel is worth for your money.

Amazing view of Blue mosque, Beautiful and amazing property. Very good desserts .huge lobby quiet and peaceful environment. Amazing room service. Got ice within minutes even after 12.00 am in the night. Very courteous staff. Free shuttle to Sunway Lagoon is real value for money.
Location...very far from KLCC and Bukit Bintang...
Our experience of this hotel was very pleasant. It is a lovely place to chill and relax. It is close to Sunway Lagoon and offers free shuttle service which is very prompt and punctual. you get an amazing view from the rooms which are very comfortable.

The hotel is quite straightforward and reasonably priced. Good facilities (I particularly like the pool) and a great multi-ethnic breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff but with mixed English language skills. The price for the Internet 35 Ringgit/day is outrageous and a major turn-off especially for a business hotel.

Over all the hotel is good value and useful for anyone working in this area outside of KL or looking for a place with good access KL, KLIA, Putrajaya, and/or Cyberjaya.
Restaurant Tip : There are several very good restaurants serving various kinds of foods including cheap and cheerful Malay, Thai and Malaccan around the outer edges of the shopping mall immediately across the street from the hotel. Great value and an excellent way to see the local folks in action.

Sincerely from the bottom of our hearts, may myself, my hubby and my whole family say a big 'THANK YOU" to you for organizing such a marvelous wedding dinner for Sok Yuen's wedding.
I called up my friends and relatives, feed backs are good. We had proven to my guests that hotel wedding dinner food can also be good and proudly say that Concorde Hotel Shah Alam had done it for my girl's wedding.

Please be informed that I would like to address my appreciation to your staff - En Azmi & En Shahrul for their excellent, professional and efficient working attitude towards customer satisfaction. FYI, I am supposed to attend the course organized by SIRIM @ Gallery 2, Level 2 but I was caught in a heavy rain and I am not in the mode of ‘ready/presentable’ to attend the said course.
Many thanks to them who offered me a remedial action - they request an iron board, an electric iron and a towel from Housekeeping Dept and they also arrange for me to ‘dry out’ my clothes at Kilos Fitness Center (I really appreciate it!). In view of their excellent services, I hope that the Management will continue to provide a good and excellent services and they have added another ‘star’ for Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. Thank you

We stayed at the bridal suite after our wedding dinner at Concorde Hotel (Shah Alam). We were most impressed with the service & “attention to detail” given by the banquet staff especially Ethan Goh. The view from the bridal suite is superb. Thanks again to the banquet staff for being so helpful. We left our corsage at home and were in a panic. Ethan Goh immediately arranged for some to be made and delivered to us. He stayed with us throughout the dinner, making sure that everything was running smoothly. We are very impressed & grateful, please send him our thanks

My wife and I had a good time during our 5 nights stay except for the air-conditioner which is not to expectation. The rest is well above. We like to commend Mr Rahim & the lady (Chinese), Gym Instructress for making our stay more than pleasant and look forward to returning again.

Overall the services are excellent. The only thing that disappoint me is the air-conditioning in the room, the flipper directs air to the floor. In other word, the air-conditioning system does not condition the room.

It delivers what it promises! I stayed at the Premier Club and it is really worth it. My children love it! Will definitely choose Concorde Shah Alam again. The staff are very friendly especially from the Premier Lounge. They provide complimentary snack for 2 pax from 6pm to 8pm and for breakfast, you can have a choice of having it at the restaurant or at the Premier Lounge (which we did!). It was a peaceful breakfast as you do not have to fight your way to the buffet table...
